FAL 2018 Finish 1

Omg I did it! I actually managed to finish something I said I was going to finish!!!

Only 1 out of 10 but still!

This finish has been shipped off and will be appearing at the Quilt and Stitch village in Stafford next weekend. I cannot wait to see him hanging up next to all the other Fantasy and Myth entries.

The Top is all English Paper Piecing (including the dragons scales! The dragon was then appliquéd. Below I have included some progress shots.

The quilting I kept quilt simple in what I call my free motion sketch style.

I started it on 30th December and finished on 6th April.
